Susie 'Pauline' Dixon Perschau, 98
DOVER - Susie "Pauline" Dixon Perschau passed away, Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Kent General Hospital.
Mrs. Perschau was born October 20, 1922, in Millington, Maryland to the late Charles R. Dixon and Jennie May Everett Dixon.
She worked for Playtex, Leeds, Smyrna sewing factory and also as a waitress.
Mrs. Perschau was a member of the Clayton Methodist Church and the Harrington Moose Lodge #1229 where she was awarded Lifetime member as she served the Moose Lodge for 50 years.
She enjoyed bowling, crafts, flowers and her garden. Devoted to her family and friends, she loved the many gatherings over the years.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband, Darwin Perschau; daughters, Phyllis Salter, Diana Barnes and Mary Sue Daniels; sisters, Helen Connor and Charlotte Chaney; grandson, Harry Thomason; as well as a good friend, William Gerontakis.
She is survived by half-brother, Charlie Dixon of NJ; half-sisters, Joanne Abbout of NJ, Debbie Dixon of NC; eight grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and over 20 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and too many dear friends to mention.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, October 21, 2021, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be in Millington Cemetery, Millington, Md.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Harrington Moose Lodge #1229 or Heart Association of Delaware.
