Susan C. McGinnis, 48

NEW CASTLE - Susan C. McGinnis Hancock of New Castle, passed away at home. She was 48. Susan was born May 27, 1960, in Dover, the daughter of the late Ralph M. and Muriel Beltz McGinnis. She worked as a financial officer for HSBC in New Castle. Susan was a class of 1978 graduate of Smyrna High School. She is survived by two brothers, Patrick McGinnis of Sarasota, Fla., and Michael McGinnis of Kenton;and three uncles, Walter G. McGinnis Jr. and his companion Iris Woehlke of Smyrna, Bob Francis and his wife,Mary Jane of Preston, Md., and Earl Francis and his wife Kay of Milford. A celebration of Susan's life will be offered Tuesday March 31, 2009 at 4 p.m. in the Faries Funeral Chapel, 29 South Main St., Smyrna, where friends may call one hour prior to the services.
