HARRINGTON - Susan C. Dowiat, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, in her home. She was 55. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Doris Givens, as well as her husband, George A. Dowiat in 1979. She is survived by her son, Lee A. Dowiat; her daughter, Sunshine Dube; two grandchildren; her four sisters, Sharen, Star, Stacy, and Shawn; and her brother, Jim. Sue was a very loving and giving person and will be greatly missed. She definitely left this world sooner than we all wanted. There will be a celebration of her life at People's Too banquet room 1 in Harrington, on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008, starting at 3 p.m.
