Balse, 100 WYOMING - Sunder Laxman Balse passed away on Monday, Feb. 24, 2014 in his home. He was 100. Sunder was born on July 5, 1913 in Dharwad, India, son of the late Laxman and Sita Balse. He retired as a physician. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Saraswati Balse; and a son, Dilip Balse. He is survived by two daughters, Kanchan Nadkarny of Wyoming, Tanuja Balse of Ottawa, Canada; grandchildren, Nikhil Nadkarny of Montclair, Pa., Neeta Nadkarny and her husband Jon Morris of Chicago, Ill., Neil Balse of St. Petersburg, Fla. Service will be 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may gather one hour earlier.
