DOVER - Sue Jennings Parkerpassed away on July 26, 2015 in Jupiter, Florida. She was predeceased by her parents, Thomas Clark Jennings and Virginia Long Jennings, of Luray, Virginia; her sister, Eleanor Jennings and brother, Thomas Jennings; as well as her husband, William High Parker III. Born February 6, 1930, she grew up in Luray, Virginia and in 1950, graduated from Madison College, now known as JMU, in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She has lived in Dover, Delaware since 1970. After graduating from college, she became a teacher in Shenandoah, Virginia. Later she worked at the Dover Public Library until age 72, when she retired. She is survived by her three children, Suellen Boltz Swanson, of Jupiter, Florida; Karen Parker Kinnier, of Lynchburg, Virginia and William High Parker IV, of Dallas, Texas; granddaughter, Caitlin E. Boltz, of Jupiter, Florida and three step grandsons, Matthew N. Kinnier, of Alexandria, Virginia, James Andrews Kinnier of Lynchburg, Virginia and Spence M. Kinnier of Washington, DC, as well as two nieces and one nephew and many loving friends. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on September 10, 2015 at Michael J. Ambruso Funeral Director, Inc., located at 1175 S. State St., Dover. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Luray, Virginia at a later date. Condolences may be forwarded via
