MAGNOLIA - Sue F. Wyszynski, of Magnolia, died Monday, December 26, 2011, at Kent General Hospital. She was 70. Sue was born May 1, 1941, in Reynolds, Georgia to the late, Charles Barnes and Jewel Bartlett Barnes. She had worked as an Insurance Agent for Holmes Insurance and then Williams Inc. in Dover, retiring after 18 years in 2009. Sue enjoyed spending time with family and friends; working in the yard with her flowers and her pond; reading, watching, or telling a good story; and making the most out of every moment in life. Sue is survived by her husband of 47 years, Pete Wyszynski of Magnolia; daughters, Tami Flora of Ashburn, Va., and Mary Ann Connell and her husband Kevin of Abingdon, Md; grandchildren, Britney Mumford, Sydney Corrice and her husband Zac, Madison Leone and Carson Leone; great grandchildren, Brynner and Silas Corrice. Funeral services will be held at noon on Friday, December 30, 2011, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, (Rt.10). Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday evening at the Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the American Lung Association, 422 S. Governors Avenue, Dover, DE 19904.
