DOVER - Steven Norman Wagner passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Kent General Hospital. Mr. Wagner was born Oct. 13, 1965 in Lowell, Mass. to Lucille Wagner and the late Normand Wagner. He had served 4 years in the United States Air Force. Mr. Wagner worked as a mechanic and auto bodywork for USA Automax for 20 years. He enjoyed being outdoors, cars, music and movies, but especially spending time with family and friends. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his sister, Angel Borcher. He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Brenda Diehl Wagner of Dover; step sons, Michael Wyatt and Tim Hollis both of Dover; step daughter, Brook Hollis of Dover; mother Lucille Wagner and grandmother, Maria Drouin both of Zephyr Hills, Fla.; three granddaughters; and a large extended family. A Memorial service will be held 7 p.m., Friday, March 4, 2016 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior.
