TOWNSEND - Shirley M. Webb, 72, of Townsend, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009. Shirley will be sadly missed by her husband, Donald, with whom she shared a happy forty-nine years of marriage; two sons, Donald A. Webb Jr. and his wife Lori of Felton ,and Keith W. Webb of Middletown and his fiancé Tracy; four grandchildren and two brothers, James Weldon and his wife Sandie of Laurel, and John Weldon of Seaford. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m., Friday, Oct. 2, at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown, where family and friends may visit Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 am. Interment will follow at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear.
