WILMINGTON - Shierld Lynn Luff of Wilmington, passed away at home on Tuesday March 8, 2011. She was 50. Ms. Luff was born Sept. 28, 1960, in Dover, the daughter of Bart T. Luff of Dover, and Donna Faries Schwartz of Marathon, Fla. She enjoyed crocheting in her spare time and enjoyed fishing and crabbing. She also liked writing stories. In addition to her birth parents, she is survived by her step-mother, Connie J. Luff of Dover; a son, Joey Ringland of Marathon, Fla.; two grandsons; a sister, Ruth Dixon and her husband Lee of Dover; and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday March 16, 2011, in the Faries Funeral Chapel, 29 South Main Street, Smyrna, where friends may call one hour prior to the services. Burial will be private.
