GEORGETOWN - Shelly Renee Brock of Georgetown went home to be with the Lord on Jan. 2, 2016. Shelly was born Feb. 23, 1966, daughter of Ronald and Barbara (Calloway) Ward. She was a loved and adored wife and mother. She loved helping others and watching her daughter play softball. She attended Crossroads Community Church. She would have been married to Curtis Brock for 5 years in October of this year. She is survived by her husband, Curtis Brock; and their daughter, Whitney Brittingham; her brother, Jeff Ward and wife Wendy. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market Street, Georgetown, where friends may call one hour earlier.
