Masardis, ME - Shelby Augusta Biggs (Short) passed away on March 23, 2023, after a short, hard fight of Lung Cancer.
She is survived by her husband, Levi Biggs; daughter, Christy F. Short; and grandson, Wyatt A. Short of Masardis. She is also survived by her brother, Mercer A. Short, Jr. and nieces, Gabriele M. D'Andrea (Short) and Jena L. Short of Delaware. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mercer A. Short Sr and Nancy L Short.
Shelby was born in Dover, DE and graduated from Caesar Rodney High School. Shelby was an avid pool player, where she met her husband, Levi. In 1999, along with her pool team, she went to Las Vegas to participate in the APA World Pool Championships. She also enjoyed crocheting and cross stitching in her down time. She loved to spend time with her grandson building with Legos.
Funeral services will be private.
