Mrs. Cosco was born March 18, 1951 in Elkton, Md. to the late John G. Price and Goldie McCormick Price.
She served in the United States Air Force Reserves retiring after 30 years as a Master Sergeant. Mrs. Cosco worked Civil Service as a Logistics Management Specialist for 32 years; she received the Meritorious Achievement Medal as well as several other awards at Dover Air Force Base. She was awarded Outstanding State President 2007-2008 for Delaware the year she was state president. Mrs. Cosco enjoyed volunteering countless hours for the VFW and other Veteran Support organizations, socializing with her friends and playing shuffleboard and trivia, traveling to beaches around the world, but most of all she enjoyed her family and watching her grandson Joshua play sports.
