DELMAR - Shaine Alexander Fuller passed away on Tues., Mar. 3, 2015 in Richmond, Va. He was born on Sept. 9, 1988 in Dover to Tina Fuller and Jeff Keegan. Shaine was a graduate of Caesar Rodney High school. He worked for Harris Manufacturing in the maintenance department for four years, and then as an electrician for the following four years. Shaine was born a natural athlete and enjoyed all sports. He enjoyed fishing, R.C. cars, Xbox and spending time with his family, friends, and the love of his life, Krystine. He is preceded in death by his Uncle, Lionel Butler; cousin, Lionel Butler Jr.; and Grandfather, William Edwards. Shaine is survived by his mother, Tina Fuller; father, Jeff Keegan; Brothers, John Keegan of Milford, and Andrew Keegan of Dover; Paternal grandfather, Michael Keegan of Dover, Maternal grandmother, Darlene Edwards of Magnolia; Aunt, Tanya Butler, of Milford; Aunt, Eileen Holzhauser of Germany; Uncles, Edward and his wife, Michelle Tripp of Dover, Jan Edwards, of Magnolia, William and wife Vicky Edwards of Willow Grove, Woodrow Edwards of Dover. He is also survived by cousins, Natanya Johnson of Milford and Timothy Butler, of Milford; and a host of many more cousins; fiance, Krystine Horsley, of Delmar; best friend Dave Brummitt of Middletown. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. on Mon., Mar. 9, 2015 at New Life Family Worship Center at 226 Worship Ln., Camden. Visitation will be held one hour prior. Burial will follow at Mt.
