SEAFORD — Physician assistant Shaina Selva has joined TidalHealth General Surgery, Seaford.

Ms. Selva received her Master of Science in physician assistant studies from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore.

She has clinical experience in family medicine, general surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, cardiothoracic surgery and inpatient psychology, and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates, the Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Board of Telehealth.

When Ms. Selva isn’t treating patients, she enjoys hiking, fishing, snowboarding, traveling, exercising and spending time with her family and friends. She is also fluent in Spanish.
