Sarah "Sally Campbell" Alese, 53
SAINT JAMES, N.Y. - Sarah "Sally Campbell" Alese died Sunday, May 27, 2007, in her home in Saint James, N.Y., after a short battle with cancer. She was 53.
Sarah Alese attended Delmar, Del., High School in the 1970s and was known to most as Sally Campbell.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
She is survived by her husband, Tom Alese; her daughter, Denise Bruno; her grandson, Bob Bruno, III of Clearwater, Fla.; her brother, Jim Campbell Jr. of Mechanicsville, Md.; and her sisters, Janice Fearer of Titusville, Fla., Mary Jowett and Delaine "Laine" Campbell, both of Alexandria, Va.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Short Funeral Home, 13 E. Grove St. in Delmar.
Instead of flowers, send donations to the Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice of Suffolk, Inc., 505 Main St., Northport, NY 11768, "In Memory of Sarah Alese."

Bramble, 67
OCALA, Fla. - Joseph Maxwell Bramble of Ocala, Fla., formally of Chestertown, Md., died Thursday, June 7, 2007, in his home. He was 67.
Mr. Bramble was born near Blacks, Md., the son of the late William and Marie (Edwards) Bramble.
Mr. Bramble owned and operated Joseph M. Bramble trucking until his retirement last March.
Mr. Bramble was a U.S. Army veteran, a member of the Jeff Davis American Legion Post 18, Centreville, Md., and Chestertown Elks Lodge, 2474.
Mr. Bramble loved to fish and crab; he enjoyed spending time in his garden and was an avid Baltimore Orioles and Dale Earnhardt fan.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Bramble was preceded in death by two brothers, Allan Bramble and Lindy Bramble.
Mr. Bramble is survived by his wife, Ellen E. Bramble; two sons, Jimmy Scott of Smyrna and Carl Rhoades Jr. of Fort Lauderdale; five daughters, Mary Linz of Queen Anne, Md., Novena Bramble of North East, Md., Sonya Brumit of Rising Sun, Md., Valarie Purdue and Bobbie Jo Bramble, both of Elkton, Md.; two brothers, John Bramble of Earleville, Md., and Tom Bramble, of Crumpton, Md.; one sister, Anna Willis of Galena, Md.; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday in the Fellows Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, 370 W. Cypress St., Millington, Md., where friends and family may call after 11 a.m.
Burial will be in the Asbury Cemetery, Millington.
