CLAYTON - Sandra Martin, "Sandy", age 66, of Clayton, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2016. Sandy worked for Christiana Care, VNA for over 20 years. She was an active member of the American Legion Post 14 of Smyrna. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Nabb; her sons, Bobby Martin and Marty Dale Martin; grandchildren, Joseph Nabb, John James Nabb and Brianna Martin; her companion and soul mate, Gary Hart; and her brother, Bernie Brooks. A celebration of life gathering will be held at the American Legion Post 14 Hall, located at 107 Glenwood Ave. in Smyrna from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 17, 2016. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Legion Children's Christmas Fund at the above address would be appreciated. Condolence letters may also be sent by visiting www.fariesfuneralhome.com.
