Sandra Marie Greenley, 50

HENDERSON, Md. - Sandra Marie Greenley of Henderson died Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006, in her home. She was 50.

Mrs. Greenley was born Sept. 26, 1956, in Dover, Del., daughter of Norman and Margaret "Peggy" (Melvin) Bartz of Henderson.

She was a lifetime resident of the area and was a homemaker and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She worked for MRDC Head Start program, where she enjoyed working and being with the children.

She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and cooking.

Mrs. Greenley was a member of the Bethel Wesleyan Church of Goldsboro.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Ann Bartz.

She is survived by her parents, Norman and Margaret "Peggy" (Melvin) Bartz of Henderson; her husband, Robert J. Greenley Sr.; a son, Robert J. Greenley Jr., and his fiancée, Julie Pearson, both of Sudlersville; two daughters and a son-in-law, Jennifer and Kevin Wilkerson of Dover, and Kimberley Greenley of Smyrna, Del.; two brothers, Norman Bartz Jr. of Henderson and Thomas J. Bartz of Marydel; a sister, Brenda Roxanne Bartz of Henderson; three grandsons, Zachary Bartz of Henderson, and Kevin Wilkerson and Andrew Wilkerson, both of Dover; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Bethel Wesleyan Church, Goldsboro.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the church.

Burial will be in Greensboro Cemetery.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Bethel Wesleyan Church, P.O. Box 12, Goldsboro, MD 21636.
