BRIDGEVILLE - Ruth Passwaters O'Neil, 91, formerly of Bridgeville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 8, at Arbors of New Castle. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Coulter H. Passwaters. She is survived by her daughters, Beth Overfelt of Piedmont, S.C., Gayle Craver of Slidell, La., and Brenda Minner of Wilmington; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
