WYOMING - Ruth N. Dill entered into the arms of Jesus and her loving husband who preceded her on May 2, 2013 at Kent General Hospital, Dover, on July 7, 2013. Her two loving daughters and sisters were at her side. She was born on Aug. 18, 1944 in Galena, Md. Ruth had worked for the Caesar Rodney School District at Allen Frear School cafeteria retiring in 2006. She was a long time member of Cedar Grove Wesleyan Church, where she directed Vacation Bible School for many years. Ruth also was heavily involved in children's ministry for WKFM. Ruth is preceded in death by her husband of 46+ years, James C. Dill; and her mother, Marion (Nyce) Dixon. She is survived by her father, William L. Dixon; daughters, Melissa and Aaron Mishoe of Cookeville, Tenn., and Vicki and Russ Luther of Macon, Ga.; grandchildren, Michael and Emily Mishoe of Cookeville, Tenn.; two brothers, William L. Dixon, Jr. and Cindy of Ephrata, Pa., and Timothy and Barbara Dixon of Colonial Beach, Va.; four sisters, Betty and Dan Taylor of Laurel, Fayth Dixon of Marydel, Md., Barbara and Roger Cole of Bruceton Mills, W.Va., and Theresa Dixon of Denton, Md.; several nieces, nephews and lots of brothers and sisters in Christ. Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. The celebration of her life will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Barratt's Chapel Cemetery.
