Ruth Ann Beideman

Milford - On Dec. 25, 2018, Ruth Ann Beideman went home to be with the Lord.
She was born on July 2, 1932 to the late George P. and Pearl Beideman.
Ruth Ann worked at Wilmington Trust as a Teller for 34 years before retiring. After retiring Ruth Ann served Milford as a volunteer at the New Century Club, the local AARP chapter, and the Community Outreach Worker for the Milford Senior Center.
Ms. Beideman became a member of Calvary U.M.C on Oct. 17, 1971, and served on several committees as well as being president of United Methodist Women's Organization.
Because of her love of people, Ruth Ann volunteered at many organizations in Sussex County.
She is survived by her sisters, Katherine Roberts, and Virginia Hurd and her husband Jack; her brother, George J. Beideman and his wife Pat; and several nieces and nephews.
Ms. Beideman was preceded in death by her niece, Christine Wilson.
The family will receive visitors at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, on Friday Dec. 28, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be at Calvary U.M.C., on Saturday at 12 p.m., with visitation starting at 11 a.m. Interment is Barratt's Chapel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Calvary U.M.C., Elevator Fund, 301 SE Front St, Milford, DE 19963.
