DOVER - Rose Marie Graham of Dover, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at Kent General Hospital. She was 79. Mrs. Graham was born April 5, 1937 in Chester, Pa. to the late Jack Skinner and Gertrude Kimbrell Skinner. She worked as a waitress and bartender for several restaurants and had worked for 15 years in the parts department for Parkview RV. Mrs. Graham and her late husband loved travelling in their RV and had visited all Continental United States. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Graham in 2014; and three brothers, Fred, Raymond and Denny Forshey. She is survived by her daughters, Rose Ann Faulkner and her husband Ernest of West Chester, Pa., Paula Huckleberry and her husband Jeffrey of Sun City, Ariz., Constance Kelly and her husband Edward of Media, Pa., Melanie Graham of Bettendorf, Iowa; sons, Harry Graham, Jr. and Clinton Graham both of Bettendorf, Iowa; brother, Jack Skinner; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 12 p.m., Friday, April 22, 2016 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior.
