Rosann T. Leva, 59 HARTLY - Rosann T. Leva, of Hartly, died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2008, at home surrounded by the family she loved. She was 59. She was born in Philadelphia to the late Edward L. Elefante and Emily B. Elefante of Deptford, N.J. Mrs. Leva was a secretary for the operating room at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was also a volunteer at the Summerwinds Stables in Hartly. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening and cooking for her family. She devoted her life to spoiling her grandchildren. She was a devoted wife and mother who will be sorely missed. In addition to mother, she is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Anthony "Tony" Leva of Hartly; daughter, Elena Marie DiSilvestro of Hartly; sisters, Linda Coderre of Galloway Township, N.J., and Patricia Binck of Deptford; and grandchildren, Adrianna and Michael DiSilvestro. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday in Love of Christ Church, Bear. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Rosann T. Leva Foundation, 148 Greystone Road, Hartly, DE 19953. Arrangements are by the Melvin Funeral Home, Harrington.
