Ronald Francis Santillo, 75

DOVER - Ronald Francis Santillo, 75, of Dover, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2009, in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Oct. 30, 1933, in Bridgeport, Pa., son of the late Anthony and Josephine (Giambrone) Santillo. Ronald owned and operated Bill Glass Bicycle Shop in Norristown, Pa. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. His hobbies included model trains and building models. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Marie Santillo; a son, Ronald A. Santillo and his wife Michelle of Dover; a daughter, Deborah M. Mace and her husband Sean of Dover; a sister, Elaine Leddy of Royersford, Pa.; grandchildren, Becky Fritz and her husband Jeff of Norristown, Pa., Justin Santillo of State College, Pa., and Kyle and Andrew Mace of Dover; great grandchildren, Jeanine Fritz and Christina Fritz. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 29, in Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 S. State St., Dover. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Hwy., Dover, DE 19901. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
