Ronald 'Steven' Crabtree, 25
DOVER - Ronald "Steven" Crabtree, of Dover, died Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was 25.
Steven was born in Durham, N.C., son of the late Ronald W. Crabtree and Terri L. Meiers of Albion, N.Y.
He was a graduate of Greenwood High School and remained unemployed as a result of being disabled.
Steven was a true friend to his friends, and was one who enjoyed his family.
He had a special fondness for animals, especially dogs, and was an avid reader of such.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his stepfather, Kenneth A. Avery of Dover; sister, Beth Hartford of Dover; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Sparks and her husband Preston of Millsboro; maternal grandfather, Thorley Halstead of Harrington; paternal grandparents, Bill and Phyllis Avery of Coats, N.C.; and several aunts and uncles.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Milford First Baptist Church, Old Shawnee Road.
Burial will be private.
