Robert W. 'Bobby' Harrison, 64

HILLSBORO, Md. - Robert W. "Bobby" Harrison of Hillsboro died suddenly of a heart attack Saturday, Feb. 17, 2007, at home. He was 64.

Born in Salisbury, Mr. Harrison was the son of the late Joseph P. Jr. and Elva B. (Evans) Harrison.

He was a 1961 graduate of Easton High School.

Mr. Harrison was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Vietnam.

He had worked as a carpenter for Harry W. Heinsohn Inc., Easton since high school.

He was a past member of the Cordova Volunteer Fire Co. and was an active member of the Tri-County Ruritan Club.

Mr. Harrison is survived by his wife, Janice S. Harrison; one brother, Joseph "Jody" Harrison III of Georgetown, Del.; four sisters, Virginia "Micki" Moore of Palm Bay, Fla., Kathryn Whitby of Ocala, Fla., Mary Alice Carey of Middletown, Del., and Debbie Towers of Queen Anne, Md.; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Moore Funeral Home, PA, 12 S. Second St., Denton where friends may call one hour prior to the service.

Interment will be in Greenmount Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations are sent to the Hillsboro-Q.A. United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 267, Hillsboro, MD 21657.
