LAUREL - Robert Lewis Hassler, 75, of Laurel, passed away on Feb. 20, 2012, in the care of his loving family at home. He is survived by his wife, Judith Bradford Hassler, whom he married in 1967 in Shillington, Pa.; eight children, Robert Hassler and wife Alisa, Roy Hassler and wife Maryann, Roger Hassler and wife Kristina, Cynthia Pierce and husband Bruce, Rebecca Cooper and husband Ed, Kathy Rash and husband Tom, Sandy Miller and husband Dave, and Peggy Foster; siblings, Dennis Laurence, and Linda Schaefer; 23 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild on the way. Funeral arrangements and interment are private.
