He was born April 19, 1954 in Dover to the late Robert Henry Tudor, Sr. and Alice Fowler Tudor. At a young age he started working alongside his father learning the electrical trade. Bobby graduated from Dover High School in 1972 and then continued his education in the electrical field, becoming a Master Electrician. He was an evening instructor at Kent Vo-Tech where he enjoyed teaching several students in the field he loved for many years. Bobby was the president of Tudor Electric, where he devoted a lot of his time.
Bobby loved spending time with his family and his special dog, Sam. He would do anything for his family and anyone that needed help.
He enjoyed going to the beach with Susie when they were younger and played softball for many years. Bobby enjoyed going to Disney World with his family. He also liked boating from Rock Hall to Baltimore to watch ballgames. Bobby was an avid Orioles fan and Philadelphia Eagles fan. He was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, Dover and Roby United Methodist Church, Leipsic.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Joan Parker.
