Richard E. de Raismes, 93 BETHANY BEACH - Richard E. de Raismes, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at Beebe Medical Center, Lewes. He was 93. He is survived by a son, Bill de Raismes and his wife, Jill; his daughter, Betsi Shays and her husband, the Honorable Christopher Shays; and three grandchildren, Jeremy Shays, Weston de Raismes and Adrian de Raismes. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 2009, at St. Martha's Episcopal Church, Pennsylvania Ave. & Maplewood St. in Bethany Beach. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Richard's name to St. Martha's Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 1478, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.
