Horsey, 74 MILFORD - Rev. Accola P. Horsey, was born on Saturday, March 16, 1940 in Allen, Maryland. She departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, August 18, 2014 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, Delaware at the age of 74. She was preceded in death by her father James Rollo Jones Sr., her mother, Gladys Jones and her sister, Ella May Nichols. She is survived by her husband, William R. Horsey Jr.; four children, Edwin Jones (Diane) of Bowie, Md., Rosezine Marshall (Kevin Sr.) of Milford, William R. Horsey III (Zulieka) of Easton, Md., Tyvon Horsey of Trappe, Md.; two step-children, Regina Bradshaw of Temple Hills, Md., Kenneth Person (Linda) of Ellendale; two whom she considered her children, Jonathan Russ (Anitra) of Dover, and Michelle Skinner of Easton, Md.; seven siblings, James R. Jones Jr. (Doris) of Salisbury, Md., Shelby Jones Barkley of Lincoln, Marion Jones (Martha) of Baltimore, Md., Wallace Jones (Joan) of New Castle, Lottie Jones Thompson of Glen Burnie, Md., Otto Jones (Terri) of Columbia, S.C., Alexine Cornish of Salisbury, Md.; one foster sister, Henrietta Cook of Salisbury, Md.; eight grandchildren, Phillip, Jasmine, Kevin Jr., Isaiah, Jordan, Aleshia, Shontay'a and Antonio; two great-grandchildren, Giovanni and Jahiem; and a host of nieces and nephews. The viewings will be held 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Monday, August 25, 2014 and 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Tuesday, August 26, 2014 with her Homegoing service will begin 12 p.m., at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, 23115 Slaughter Neck Rd. Lincoln, DE 19960 In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Metropolitan United Methodist Church, 109 West Street, Harrington Delaware 19952.
