HARRINGTON - Ray Croom, Jr. died Sunday, April 27, 2014. Dalton was born on Nov. 19, 1964 in Greenville, N.C. He was preceded in death by his father, Dalton R. Croom Sr. He is survived by his wife, Linda Croom of Harrington; two sons, Timothy J. Croom of California and Christopher Chad Croom of Camden; his mother, Jean Croom of Harrington; a brother, David Smith of Greenwood; his fiancé, Lorraine Thompson of Harrington; two sisters, Tina of North Carolina and Cheryl of Virginia; aunts and uncles in North Carolina; and two close friends, Greg and Guy.
