LINCOLN - Ralph C. Webb, 98, of Lincoln, passed away Monday, March 28, 2011, at Milford Center, Milford. Ralph was born in Dover, N.J. Resident of Lincoln, since 1984 and previously resided in Mine Hill and Denville, N.J. He worked as a Dispatcher at N.J. Natural Gas, Dover, N.J., and retired in 1977 after 26 years. Member of Acacia Lodge #20 F. & A. M, Dover, Morris County Tall Cedars of Lebanon and the International Society of Poets, Md. Survived by Clara (Cramsey) his wife of 73 years; two sons, Richard D. of Croydon, Pa., and Barry of Rockaway, N.J.; and his daughter Dolores L. also of Rockaway, N.J. Also survived by five grandchildren, Karen, Louise, Laura, Melanie, and Richard; and seven great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his sister, Erma Moore; and two brothers, Leslie and Earl. Visitation was from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday, March 31, 2011, at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Services were held at the funeral home 10 a.m., on Friday, April 1, 2011. Interment followed at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, N.J.
