Ralph Baynard, Sr. passed away peacefully on July 12, 2019.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Union Missionary Baptist Church, 883 Lincoln St. & Gibbs Drive, Dover, DE 19904. The Service will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 at the church at 11 a.m.
Interment will be on Monday, July 29, 2019 at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
