Quinisha Jamie Evans, 26

MAGNOLIA - Quinisha Jamie Evans, of Magnolia, departed this life Thursday, June 5, 2008 in a tragic car accident. She was 26.

She was born jan. 30, 1982, in Dover, the daughter of Audrey Evans and Thomas Smith.

She graduated from Polytech High School and went on to further her education at Delaware Technical & Community College, where she was studying to receive a degree as an LPN/Registered Nurse. She was in her second year.

Quinisha enjoyed life while spending time with her three children, fiancé, family and friends. She touched so many lives and hearts during her short time here with us.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Helen Evans; and her aunt, Velma Wayman.

She is survived by her two sons and one daughter, Fletcher, Xavier and Beyonce, all of Magnolia; her fiancé, Dave Khan, of Magnolia; her mother Audrey Evans, of Camden; her father, Thomas Smith, of Felton; two sisters, Victoria and Brittany Evans, both of Camden; one niece, Shaniah Williams; her godfather, William Johnson, of Chadds Ford, Pa.; her aunt and uncle, Mary and Jim Mosely of Cheswold; and one uncle, Edgar Evans, of Smyrna.

She also leaves four devoted friends; Latoya, Deana and Regina, all of Magnolia, and Julie Norris of Smyrna. She will be truly missed and always loved.

Viewing will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Bennie Smith Funeral Home in Dover. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where friends may view two hours prior. Burial will be private.
