CHESTERTOWN - Preston L. Dean passed away on May 30, 2018 at Hospice Center, Centreville, Md. Celebration of Life services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 9, 2018 at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division Street, Dover, Delaware with a two (2) hour viewing before service. Friends may also call Friday evening from 6-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at People's Memorial in Rehoboth, Delaware. Professional arrangements are entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Chestertown.
