DOVER - Philip "Archy" A. Archambault passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021.
He was born May 12, 1941, in Rochester, N.H. to Louis and Alberta Archambault.
Mr. Archambault served four years, active duty, in the United States Air Force and cumulative 30 years MSGT USAF Reserves. In those 30 years he also worked for the State of Delaware, Office of Information Systems. He also tended bar at catered events. Mr. Archambault was a sports lover, he enjoyed playing softball and bowling. He was a big supporter to his favorite teams, Red Sox, Phillies, Flyers and the Eagles.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Deborah (Reed) Archambault of Dover; sons, Scott Wilson and his wife Kellie of Dover, Christian Rand Archambault and his wife Jessica of Colorado, Philip Ryan Archambault and his wife Amanda of Lewes, Del.; grandchildren, Amanda Johnson and her husband Jarrett, Alyssa Wilson, Alayna Wilson, Haley Archambault, Chase Archambault, Jackson Archambault, Beckett Archambault; great-grandchild, Iris Johnson.
A viewing will be held 6pm-8pm, Tuesday August 31, 2021, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Rd. (RT 10), Dover, Del.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday September 1, 2021, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Rd. (RT 10), Dover, Del. Interment will be held at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden, Del.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, donations and contributions are done online at https://t2t.org/donate/
