DOVER - Heaven gained another angel on October 27, 2021 when Penny Lee Moyer passed away after an extended illness.
Penny was a woman filled with compassion who dedicated her life to helping others. She faithfully served beside her husband in ministry and worked professionally in social work helping those in the greatest need. She loved her God, family and her community.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 53 years, Clyde W. Moyer Sr.; her children, Clyde W. Moyer Jr. and Michael H. Moyer; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
