GUMBORO - Mrs. Pearl O. Wilkerson, of Gumboro, passed away on Friday, Aug. 26, 2011. She was 92. She is survived by six children, Lee Roy Wilkerson, Herman Wilkerson, Charles Wilkerson and his wife Bonnie, Calvin Wilkerson and his wife Judy, Edith Rickards and her husband Larry, and Robert "Bobby" Wilkerson and his wife Terri, all of Gumboro; 11 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be 1 p.m., Friday, Sept. 2, 2011, at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call after noon. Friends may also call on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow the funeral service at the New Hope Cemetery, Willards, Md. Rev. Doris Whaley will officiate.
