WILMINGTON - Pauline Smith Jett formerly of Dover, passed away on May 12, 2013. Born in Hartly, Del., Pauline was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Margaret Cirrigione. During her long and happy life, she was a house wife, owned her own grocery business and worked for the City of Dover before retiring in 1980. She loved to cook and share the bounty of her kitchen. Spending time with her family and friends always gave her great joy, especially at the beach. She is survived by her two children Alton P Smith and his wife Suzanne of Wilmington, Del. and Carole Wright and her husband Greg of San Antonio, Texas. In addition, she is survived by two grandchildren, Kristin Finio of Wilmington, Del. and Jeffrey Smith of Glastonbury, Conn.; and five great- grandchildren. There will be a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at CHANDLER FUNERAL HOME, 7230 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin.
