SEAFORD - Pauline P. Hayes of Seaford, formerly of Laurel, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2006, in Methodist Manor House, Seaford. She was 94.
Mrs. Hayes was born in Delmar, daughter of the late Ernest and Martha A. Elliott.
She and her husband, Charles, where the former owners of the Laurel Tastee-Freeze. In her early years, she worked for E.I. DuPont Co., Seaford.
Mrs. Hayes was a lifelong member of Centenary United Methodist Church, Laurel.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Randolph Parker, in 1939.
She is survived by her husband, Oliver "Charles" Hayes of Seaford; a niece and her husband, Emily Jane and Norman Sullivan of Delmar; a nephew and his wife, Samuel and "Bunny" Workman of Media, Pa.; several additional nieces and nephews; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Laurel.
The Rev. John Van Tine will officiate.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Centenary United Methodist Church, 200 W. Market St., Laurel, DE 19956.
