DOVER - Paul Joseph Greenage passed away, Saturday, January 9, 2016 at home. Mr. Greenage was born January 19, 1933 in Dover, Delaware to the late James Lee Greenage and Helen Sammons Greenage. He served in the United States Army and Delaware National Guard. Mr. Greenage worked as a truck driver and delivery man for Sears and Roebuck Company for 36 years. After his retirement he went to work for Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill in Smyrna. Mr. Greenage did painting in addition to his usual jobs. He loved his garden and was well known for going to the sale at Spences. He was a member of the Immanuel Union United Methodist Church in Cheswold. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters, Frances Pritchett and Freida Reed and brothers, James Samuel Greenage and Phillip Howard Greenage (infant). He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Norma Rae Carney Greenage of Dover, DE; sons, Paul W. Greenage and his wife, Helene of Milford, DE, Mark J. Greenage and his wife Dottie of Vero Beach, FL; sisters, Katherine Clark of Oak Orchard, DE, Regina Techkerian and her husband Khaja of Philadelphia, PA, Rachel Lorraine Coker and her husband Charles Edward of Dover, DE and Myrtle Mosley of Columbia, MD; grandson, Michael Greenage and his wife Laura of Roanoke, VA and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 1PM, Friday, January 15, 2016 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call from 11 ~ 1. Interment will be in Immanuel Union United Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 911 S.
