DOVER - Patrina C. Duffy passed away on Jan. 1, 2013 at Kent General Hospital. There will be a public viewing from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover. Funeral services will be at noon, Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at Victory Church, 2736 Forrest Ave., Dover, DE., where friends may call two hours prior to service.
