TOWNSEND - Patrick I. Lum, of Townsend, passed away quietly at Christiana Hospital on Sunday, March 1, 2009. He was 64. Pat is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Sharon E. Lum; three brothers, Melvin E. Lum of Millsboro, John "Jack" G. Lum and Franklin M. Lum, both of Chesapeake City; and a sister, Mary Porter of Bel Air, Md. Funeral services will be noon Friday, March 6, at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown, where family and friends may visit two hours prior to service. Interment will be in Townsend Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Helen Graham Cancer Center, 4701 Ogletown-Stanton Road, Suite 1200, Newark, DE 19713.
