Patricia T. (Trundle) Galpin, 67
REHOBOTH BEACH - Patricia T. (Trundle) Galpin of Rehoboth Beach passed away peacefully Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2007, in her home. She was 67.
She was born March 29, 1939, in Washington, daughter of the late Joseph and Nancy (Miller) Trundle.
Mrs. Galpin was an expert seamstress and craft person. She was also an artist who worked primarily with fiber and textiles and she also painted. In her free time, she volunteered at Beebe Medical Center.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd L. Galpin in 1999.
She is survived by a daughter and a son-in-law, Pamela H. and Robert Rubin of Poolesville, Md.; a son and a daughter-in-law, Dan and Marilyn Herbert of New Market, Md.; a grandson, Dustin Herbert; and a sister, Joanne Thorpe of Prescott Valley, Ariz.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, with Pastor Charlie Arnold officiating.
Entombment will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Delaware Hospice, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947.
