BRIDGEVILLE - Patricia Scott Taylor of Bridgeville died Friday, Nov. 30, 2007, at Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore. She was 57.
Born in Morgantown, W.Va., daughter of the late Betty Carpenter and Robert W. Scott Sr., Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker and a member of Christ Evangelistic Church, Laurel.
She formerly worked for the Eastern Shore Veterinarian Hospital, Laurel; Super Thrift and DuPont Co., both in Seaford; the Car Store, Seaford and Laurel; United Insurance Co., Salisbury; Clayton Homes, Delmar; and Beautyrama, Seaford.
Mrs. Taylor was a former owner of Maid to Serve Cleaning, TC's Touch of Class Restaurant and Pat's Sun Hut Tanning, all in Seaford; and the Hoagie House, Seaford and Laurel.
She is survived by her husband, John F. Taylor Jr. of Bridgeville; a son, Scott R. Taylor of Magnolia; a daughter, Traci Toomey and her husband Timmy of Laurel; a brother, Robert W. Scott Jr. and his wife Somchan of Idaho Falls; two grandsons, Freddie Clauss and Hunter Toomey; a stepsister, Joann Cannon and her husband Ron of Bridgeville; and her nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Christ Evangelistic Church, Camp Road, Laurel, where friends may call one hour prior to the service. The Rev. Roland E. Tice will officiate.
Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Seaford.
