Springfield, NeB. - Patricia Ann (Windsor) Santiago, born in Wingate, Md. on Apr. 23, 1934, passed away on Jul. 31, 2015 in Springfield, Neb. Patricia is preceeded in death by her parents, Hammond Windsor and Hilda (Mills) Windsor of Wingate, Md.; husband, Jorge (Sandy) Santiago; brother, Ed Windsor; sister, Clyeta (Windsor) Murphey; and grandson, Christopher Robinson. She is survived by her children, Deborah Armentrout (Robert) Carmen Santiago, Bonnie Robinson (James), Mike Santiago; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews; and good friends.
