Smyrna - Patricia Ann Preisen passed away Saturday Feb. 21, 2015 at Delaware Hospice Center Milford. She was born on Jan. 31, 1937 in Dover, Del. to the late Novell and Mary Hall Wharton. She survived in the US Navy. She was a grad of Dover High School. She was the director of United Cerebral Palsy in Kent and Sussex County's. She is preceded in death by a daughter Pam Preisen, four brothers and one sister. She is survived by sons, Duane A. Preisen of Magnolia, Del., Richard T. Preisen of N.M. five grandchildren, one great-grandchild. Services will be at the convenience of the family. Letters of condolences may be sent to www.traderfh.com
