CLAYTON - Patricia Ann Moser died on Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018, at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital.
Mrs. Moser was born in Wilmington, Dec. 8, 1944; she was the oldest daughter of the late Frances William Davidson and Mary Lillian (Marshall) Davidson.
Patricia spent her whole life living in Delaware, touching the lives of everyone she met. Miss Pat, what most people called her, was hard as nails, tender and loving when necessary, and able to do anything she set her mind too. She graduated from John Dickinson High School in 1962.
A school bus driver by profession, she drove for many different contractors in the Smyrna/Dover/Middletown area. She retired after 37 years of service due to her increasing medical concerns.
She enjoyed cross word puzzles and watching her grandchildren grow, learn and play around her. Pat loved to go on trips, shopping, and even make it to Europe visiting the Mona Lisa.
She is survived by three children, son, David Lee Moser of Clayton; daughter, Tina Marie (Allen T. Phelps, Jr.) of Smyrna; and daughter, MaryJane M. (Joshua F. Long) of Middletown; four grandchildren, David Christopher Scott Manganelli of Smyrna, David Daniel Lee Moser of Hartly, Aleck Anthony Robinson and Charlotte Lynn Long, both of Middletown; two sisters, Bonnie L. (Thomas Ross) of Bear, Betty J. (Davidson) McElwee of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, David Glen Moser; and parents, William and Mary Davidson.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 S. Main St. in Smyrna. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Burial will be follow at St. Peters Cemetery in Smyrna.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions to the Hartly Ambulance Services, PO Box 28, Hartly, DE 19953.
