Patricia Ann Long, 62

MARYDEL, Md. -- Patricia Ann Long, of Marydel, died Friday, Dec. 5, 2008, at University of Maryland Medical Center, Baltimore. She was 62. She was born Feb. 10, 1946, in Hartly, daughter of the late William Frank Long Sr. and Dorothy Mae Bedwell Long of Hartly. Ms. Long was a 1964 graduate of Smyrna High School and a homemaker. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, Charles Long of Marydel; three daughters, Lucille Parker of Marydel, Lorretta Long of Dover and Crystal Long of Greensboro; a brother, Frank Long Jr. of Hartly; two sisters, Violet McGehee of Hartly and Louise Williams of Cheswold; five grandchildren, Ashley Parker, Kevin Parker, James Steffen, Desiree Steffen and Robert Baynard; her companion, Charles E. Daniels of Marydel; and a host of friends and family. A visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W. Sunset Ave., Greensboro.
