DOVER - Oliver Cooper III peacefully departed April 7, 2011. He was a beloved son, father, grandfather and brother. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, April 16, and Funeral Service will be noon, Saturday, at Whatcoat United Methodist Church of Dover. Interment to follow at Sharon Hills Cemetery, Dover. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a local animal shelter, or to the Disabled American Veterans Hospital.
