Turner, 95 MILFORD - Octavia "Tave" R. Turner, 95, of Milford, died Sunday, September 28, 2014, at The Milford Center. She was born in Topeka, Kansas, daughter of the late John R. Leverage and Viola Norton Leverage. She was a cafeteria manager at Milford High School for over twenty years. She was a past member of the Eastern Star, and served in many areas at Calvary United Methodist in Milford. Most recently she attended the Church of the Nazarene in Milford. Tave enjoyed cooking, and most importantly she cherished her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Leonard J. French, William R. Roach and William Turner. She is survived by her son, Robert L. French and wife Katherine; and daughter, Linda Kuhling and husband Ed; four grandchildren, Keith R. French and wife Toni, Jennifer Kennedy and husband Rob, Allison Gravenmier and husband Josh, and Kyle Kuhling and wife Tawni; also six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 12 p.m., Wednesday, October, 1, 2014, where friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for a viewing. Interment will be Milford Community Cemetery. The family suggest donations to the Milford Church of the Nazarene, 11 NW Salevan Place, Milford, DE 19963.
